Hi all,
       This morning, I was alerted to the latest ghost video doing the rounds on the net.
However, this is not just any ghost video, this is a Michael Jackson Ghost Video!

I have posted my thoughts on this video on my own blog (http://ghost-science.co.uk/neal/2009/07/michael-jackson-ghost-video/) but what do you make of this video?

Is it all trickery on behalf of a video editor just having fun, or is it the real deal?

Wow first time I have seen this video, although it hardly fits in with Thriller, lol

I think this one is going to most likely be a faked, due to the current media hype surrounding MJ at the moment, although this footage is from a respectable news business and they didnt draw attention to it (the video has been edited to repeat the scene). I suppose that due to the current hype it will attract some video editing & filmography professionals to  look over these videos and find out if they have been tampered with or generated.

Another thing to look at it that it is a shadow, it may be down to a number of different causes espcially the light  attached to the camera itself.

If you look carefully in the background you can see a studio lamp, why would they setup a very powerful studio lamp in the hallway when they are not using a stationary stage? Also the shadow is cast from the camera operator upwards along the floor, so it was most likely cast by an object near or behind the camera. This also suggest that the figure is not comming from the ajoining room depicted in the video. My opinion is that it is not an intentional fake, but is the result of a lighting issue & staff running around the place.

I actually saw this just after the  live feed went out. Weve had a major discussion about this on the DCI forum which lasted for about 45 seconds!!

Although i wouldnt wish to debunk the video as a possible Michael Jackson ghost sighting, it has to be said that when looking at it from a completely logical stand point, it looks very much like someone walked past a window creating a shadow on the wall.
If you look closely at the room in question, the light is coming from the left as you look at it, I think someone just happened to walk past the window creating the shadow but obviously doesnt appear on camera because the camera is not actually in the room.

Because I actually saw the "live" version going out I dont think its been faked on purpose, I think its just a huge coincidence.

Plus his brother was in the bedroom at the time, youd have thought that if the people filming at the time saw this shadow they would have at least mentioned it, after all this could have been a "live" capture of a ghost on international TV!!
Now you could argue that because the cameraman/men where busy concentrating on the job at hand they maybe wouldnt have noticed it, yep I agree, but when there doing stuff like this they would have had a seperate TV screen to view the shots as they were being broadcast, so youd think someone would have noticed and shouted from the roof tops that theyd just seen a shadow!!

As I say i dont think it was faked or done on purpose, just a huge coincidence.

Hey Blubird, thanks for your comments.

I totally agree with you on that one. At first I was thinking that it was an intentional hoax
but with the passing of time i have come to the conclusion that you are totally right and
that it is nothing more than coincidence.

I'm glad I posted about it because I have had so many hits to this site and my personal blog
since doing so.... I might have to jump on the band wagon again sometime lol
