At Ghost Science we are doing our very best to create a website that offers more than the average ghost hunting website. We try our very best to bring to you new and exciting ghost hunting articles that cover many facets such as skepticism & ghost hunting, general ghost hunting articles and much much more.
We pride ourselves on being open to the possibility that ghosts exist but at the same time try to use current scientific models for our research. Put simply, we are non-biased.
We take each account of ghost activity that is reported to us in prospective and do not let preconceived notions or ideas cloud our judgement or research.
Due to the nature of our group, our investigations differ from most current ghost hunting teams that can be found on the internet. Our main objectives are to conduct our own unique experiments, monitor the environment of the investigation site then record and document our results.
We make no claims to be able to move a ghost or spirit on, in fact, we do not use psychics or mediums in our work unless particular experiments warrant the testing and or experimenting of mediums claimed skills.
One of the main reasons that we at Ghost Science do not use psychics and mediums is because by using them we are introducing a non controllable variable into our research because mediums are human and as humans, we are prone to make mistakes and lie. This is not to say that the Ghost Science team does not make mistakes, far from it and it also does not imply that mediums are fakes. However, we need to try and keep the amount of variables where mistakes and misinformation can effect the research results.
No we understand that a number of skeptics out there will be questioning how we use and implement scientific models to our research and as a result we warmly welcome any paranormal skeptics or skeptical group to join and work with us as we honestly believe that critical and logical thinking, combined with a non-biased research technique can help further our knowledge, whether if in time it validates or dispels the claims of ghosts.
As our main website is fairly new, the Ghost Science forums are still a little quiet. If you have any view, opinions or questions, please feel free to register and make your posts. We welcome people from all walks of life in the Ghost Science forums whether you are a paranormal skeptic or a total believer. We look forward to reading your posts soon!
Thanks,
The Ghost Science Team
